With a lifelong affinity for creative practices, Macaulie brings an artist’s perspective to ACS. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin, with an emphasis in photography and sculpture. Before joining ACS, Macaulie spent seven years in San Francisco managing academic art studio facilities across a range of disciplines, gaining firsthand experience supporting artists and creative communities. As a member of the design team at ACS, her role brings together her creative perspective and passion for cultivating meaningful connections through art that transforms the spaces we experience.

Outside of ACS, Macaulie continues to explore her own creative practice as a mixed media artist with a particular love for ceramics. She enjoys experimenting with different materials and processes, including dyeing, sewing, and hand-painting clothing for her son, as well as creating collaborative mixed-media drawings and collages alongside him.
